My friend, Vinci and I decided to have a breakfast BUFFET last Tuesday at Grills and Sizzles Steak House in Examiner Branch, Quezon City. It's been years since I visited this resto and I was a bit excited to find out what's new in their menu.
We arrived as early as 7:00 am and to our surprise it was not crowded at all. Their wonderful staff greeted and assisted us to our table.
For starters, we tried pandesal/bread and butter. You have the option to combine it with their Champorado (chocolate rice porridge) and Lugaw (rice porridge - one of my favorites).
But for those who want to eat like a King (that's us), you can go straight to their main dishes. They have Daing na bangus (Marinated milkfish in vinegar, garlic and peppercorns), Tuyo (dried fish), Mini Hotdogs, Scrambled Eggs and Itlog na Pula (salted eggs) plus of course, the Sinangag (garlic fried rice). Oh yeah, Breakfast of the Champions!!!
Desserts consists of Churros with chocolate dip (my favorite), fruits with jelly and banana balls with grated coconut.
Unlimited coffee and Juice are also available.
Grills and Sizzles' Breakfast Buffet starts from 6:30 am to 10:00 am and is available everyday. You can go back and forth to the buffet table for 3.5 hours. Hahaha!
For the price of P220.00 pesos you can experience an early food comma! Hahaha. We really enjoyed our morning breakfast / chikahan, indeed. Thanks to my friend Vinci for joining me that day! Till our next food trip ! LOL!!!
